Placeholders

A list of placeholders used in welcome messages.

What are placeholders?

Placeholders are variables replaced with content whenever they are used in things like welcome messages. For instance, the [userid] placeholder is replaced with the user's id. Here's a full list.

The user's tag. Example: "Coding#0001"

[userid]

The user's ID. Example: "443545183997657120"

[username]

The user's username. Example: "Mason"

[usermention]

Mentions the user. Example: "@Coding"

[usercreatedat]

When the user's account was created.

Example: "Thursday, February 2nd 2017 (about 4 years ago)"

[userjoinedat]

When the user joined the server.

Example: "Wednesday, June 24th 2020 (about 4 months ago)"

Server Placeholders

[servername]

The name of the server.

Example: "ChannelBot Support"

[membercount]

The amount of members in the server.

Example: "12"

[owner]

The server owner's mention. Example: "@Coding"

[ownerid]

The server owner's ID. Example: "443545183997657120"
